Students will study nutrition through the lens of whole foods, while learning practical skills for making healthy, nourishing choices.
In the plants unit, they will discover the beauty and purpose of God’s creation through gardening, herbal basics, and the role plants play in supporting wellness. The movement unit emphasizes exercise as a natural tool for physical, mental, and emotional health, encouraging students to honor God through caring for their bodies.
