STUDENTS MAY REENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR UP TO 3 YEARS WITHOUT REPEATING COURSE CONTENT.
Semester 1: Plant Life
Students will study the structure, function, and reproduction of plants. Topics include photosynthesis, plant cells, life cycles, and the role of plants in ecosystems. Hands-on activities and experiments will support observation and data collection skills.
Semester 2: Animal Life
Students will study the classification, anatomy, behavior, and life cycles of animals. Topics include major animal groups, adaptation, and the role of animals in ecosystems. Labs and activities will focus on observation, comparison, and critical thinking.
