STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS TO KEEP PROGRESSING THEIR SKILLS!
This class taps into creativity while developing skills such as focus, listening, teamwork, vocal projection, articulation, confidence, and stage presence in an encouraging Christian environment.
Semester 1 focuses on creativity and skill-building through theater games, acting exercises, improvisation, and creating original skits.
Semester 2 focuses on creating believable characters as we rehearse a short play to be performed in May, with an emphasis on character development, expression, stage movement, and bringing the story to life on stage.
Homework will include memorizing lines, character development assignments, and finding a costume for performances.
This class will participate in Anchor's end-of-semester performance nights.
