Get moving, build strength, and develop athletic skills in this fun, high-energy class! Students will participate in age-appropriate CrossFit-inspired workouts to improve fitness, coordination, and endurance, while also learning fundamental skills from a variety of sports.
Through games, circuits, and team activities, students will build confidence, practice good sportsmanship, and develop healthy habits that support an active lifestyle.
